SHIPPING INFORMATION
ALL DESTASH ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2022
GENERAL
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
P.O. BOXES
Since orders are shipped USPS we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
SHIPPING CHARGES
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track your order, visit the My Account section on CharityWrist.com login, and refer to your recent orders.
RETURN POLICY
PERSONALIZED ORDERS
All custom pieces created online will ship within 5 business days of an order being processed.
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.
Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.
All personalized items are considered final sale.
NON-PERSONALIZED ORDERS
You may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange, or immediate full refund. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service via email at Help@CharityWrist.com or by phone 855.547.7846 between 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday EST.
All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please review your items, sizes and personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at Help@CharityWrist.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
NOTE: Charity Wrist Company also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content, material or trademark.
GIFT CARDS (When Offered)
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card. Charity Wrist Company will not replace lost or stolen gift cards.
